When you use the Add-on, the primary information processed is the content of your Google Doc / Slide that you explicitly select and submit for processing via the Add-on's interface. We do not access or process any document content unless you actively use the Add-on on that specific document. We only access your data while you actively work with the Add-on. 

We collect limited information necessary for the operation of the Add-on within the Google Workspace environment, which may include:

• Usage data related to your interaction with the Add-on (e.g., features used, frequency of use, your Google account identifier).
• Information required for billing purposes (e.g., related to your subscription or usage tier, tokens used, your Google account identifier).
• We do not access or process any other Google user data than your Google account identifier (e-mail) and the content of the document you are working on actively

We do not store the content of your Google Docs / Slides or the results generated by the AI processing on our or other servers.

2. How We Use and Process Information

The information you submit through the Add-on (specifically, the selected document content) is used solely for the purpose of providing the Add-on's functionality, which involves processing this content using third-party AI services.

Processing of your document data occurs as follows:

• Processing via Anthropic's Claude: The selected content from your Google Doc / Slide is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and generation of responses based on your request within the Add-on. Data is only sent & processed while you use the Add-on actively; it does not contain any other information about you, e.g. it does not include your Google account identifier (e-mail) or other identifiers; this data is not stored outside your document. • Processing via Google: The Add-on operates within the Google Workspace environment. Your interaction with the Add-on and the initial access to your document content (with your explicit permission) are facilitated by Google's infrastructure. Usage and billing data are used for operational purposes, service improvement, and managing your account and payments. 

• Processing via Zoho: The Add-on tracks the tokens used, the use cases engaged, the time spent editing a document with the Add-on and how many files you work on during active use of the Add-on. This information is sent to Zoho Analytics and stored for billing purposes and includes your Google account identifier (e-mail). We may reach out to you based on this data, for billing purposes or, with your consent, for marketing purposes. Zoho processes data according to their privacy policies. 3. Data Storage

As stated above, we do not store the content of your Google Docs / Slides or the results generated by the AI processing on our servers or on third party services after the processing is complete and the result is returned to you in the Add-on interface or inserted into your document.

Limited usage and billing data are stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, primarily for service operation, analytics, and fulfilling legal or accounting requirements related to billing.
